It is anticipated that the Carl D. Perkins Act will be reauthorized in the next couple of years. This reauthorization will require the writing of a new state plan. This presentation will be in for the form of a brainstorming session to assist state leaders in the future development of a new State Plan for Career Technical Education. Be prepared to come with ideas to share for modifications to the next plan.
