Presentation Description:
Our presentation will be about recruiting and training student leaders. We have grown tremendously in our four years and attribute much of our success to our ability to recruit, train, and guide student leaders who promote our program, advocate for career pathways, speak to decision makers and community groups, and motivate their peers. Using HOSA as an example, we recruit students who want to differentiate themselves in high school to both college and career ready. We'll discuss team bonding, program of study, and empowering students.
