In this highly interactive course participants will explore emerging research in neuroscience and how it affects educating and motivating students. The course also will explore how unconscious and physiological processes affect our assessments of intelligence, veracity, and competence. Participants will learn how curriculum planning, grading and guiding can all be helped or hurt by unconscious processes, biases and preferences.
