Creating Organic Mentoring Program using business partners, seniors, and alumni. Starting in the 10th grade with big buddy mentors from the senior class; reaching out to alumni and business partners for small group discussions; culminating in mock interviews and job shadows make this system sustainable, interactive, and equitable to all your academy students.
