In education, Professional Learning Communities (PLC) has become common practice. Academy teams make great PLCs and academy coordinators from various academies can form district or county-wide PLCs. This Round Table presentation will address: how to form a district/county-wide PLC, the benefits of a district/county-wide PLC, and how these PLCs shape Advisory Committees, job shadowing, curriculum, and fieldtrips.
