Having completed a Physics class successfully is one indicator many universities to determine how successful an incoming student will be in a science or health major. Physics is important in the medical field, in engineering, and helps develop math skills. February 2010 Data provided by Association of American Medical Colleges and the Law School Admission Council shows that Physics majors get the highest scores on the MCAT and LSAT . Physics is the senior level science class in the health academy at Palm Springs High School. Learn about how to integrate health related topics and soft skills into academic content for Physics. The presenter will share examples of student projects as well as a variety of labs.
