As schools continue to emphasize science, technology, engineering and math skills, some educators are pushing for a greater role for the arts – effectively modifying STEM into STEAM. This session will share how using the arts to infuse more creativity and imagination into STEM education can assist teachers to expand students’ understanding of the world and help them see the applications of math and related subjects.
