This presentation will highlight the successful components of the Delano High School Academy of Medical Sciences (www.delanohigh-ams.com). Presenter Steve Kennelley is an author and speaker with the John Maxwell Team and a Health Academy coordinator at Delano High School in Central California. The presentation will highlight the successful components of the DHS Academy. Presenter Steve Kennelley will motivate and inspire attendees with leadership and teamwork principles that will build confidence in the new coordinators and ignite a new sense of passion for the more experienced CPA leaders. The presentation will also briefly highlight job shadowing/community partnership components and communication techniques that improve communications within our academy.
