In this interactive workshop participants will learn how to meet the requirements in the Perkins Act with regards to Articulation Agreements between high schools and community colleges. Career and Technology Education Management Application (CATEMA) is a web based data program management to provide a simple method for CTE related information regarding program articulation for high schools and community colleges. This program is available to all CTE courses, classes, high schools, community colleges, teachers, counselors, college registrars, college advisors, and students. • Presenters will show how to use the CATEMA system, answer questions on why this will streamline your articulation, make it easier for students, and build on their success rates • Presenters will explain the value and importance of having those articulation agreements updated and complete information with regards to the Perkins Act requirements • Presenters will have samples of articulation agreements to work on during the workshop to draft ideas to take back to their home campus to work on with their respective educational partner.
