This session will provide participants with the necessary tools/instruments to design, assess, implement, and evaluate programs' components toward increasing students' knowledge, experience, and confidence in pursuing a career in healthcare. Specific components consist of: (1) Administrative support, (2) interdisciplinary teams, (3) student learning and motivation, (4) establishing a professional learning community, and (5) developing partnerships.
